Not sure what happened to the first video, will try to fix that, but the snow fort has had some structural changes which are visible here:

Haven't checked out your blog in awhile. The fort video brought back lots of Michigan memories. :) Wish you could ship a little snow down to Florida. We'd love it! Hope Maren has a good "spring" break.
